How We Started
From Toronto to Across Canada
GlobalLink Recruitment was founded in Toronto in 2009 as the Canadian arm of GlobalLink Enterprise — a multinational talent solutions group with operations spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. What began as a small team of dedicated recruiters with deep roots in the Canadian market has grown into one of the country's most respected staffing firms.
From our early days placing engineers and finance professionals in the Greater Toronto Area, we expanded steadily — opening regional offices, deepening industry expertise, and building lasting relationships with both candidates and employers from coast to coast.
Today, GlobalLink Recruitment operates nationally, serving clients in every major Canadian city and placing professionals across eight core industries. We remain proudly Canadian in our focus while drawing on the global resources, technology, and talent networks of our parent company.

Jennifer joined GlobalLink in 2011 and was appointed President of Canadian operations in 2017. With 20+ years in executive search and talent strategy, she has led the firm's expansion from Toronto to a national footprint.

Marcus leads our national technology and engineering recruitment practice. A former software engineer turned recruiter, he brings rare technical depth to every search in Canada's fast-growing tech sector.
